**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and strategies for social media content that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
- Capture high-quality, captivating visual content, including photos and videos, for use across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and execute photoshoots, including location scouting, set design, and coordinating with models or influencers when necessary.
- Edit photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform content strategies.
- Monitor engagement metrics and audience feedback to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines consistently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a social media content creator and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, including lighting, composition, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Passion for storytelling and creating visually compelling content that resonates with audiences.
