Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager based in Pointe-Claire, QC. The Assistant Store Manager will support the overall operation of the store, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with store policies. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, overseeing store performance for optimal customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and supporting store management in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Operations
  • Knowledge of or experience in Retail Loss Prevention strategies
  • Proven organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset
  • Prior experience in the natural health or organic food industry is a plus
