Assistant Condominium Manager

**Position Summary**
Our growing property management team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Assistant Manager** to support the day-to-day operations of multiple condominium portfolios. This is a **full-time role with one immediate opening**, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced property managers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role is based out of our head office in Concord, with travel to various condominium sites as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Resident & Communication Support**
- Coordinate access and schedules with trades, vendors, and the Daniel’s Warranty Team.
- Provide regular updates to the Condo Manager regarding operational matters and resident concerns.
- Send out resident welcome packages to new move-ins.
- Draft and distribute resident notices and reminders through the condo communication portal.
**Amenity Booking & Calendar Management**
- Approve and manage amenity bookings across all platforms.
- Maintain and update the Operational Plan with all bookings, scheduled repairs, and inspections.
- Return resident or trade-related calls about bookings and simple inquiries.
**Party Room Oversight & Deposit Coordination**
- Collect and review pre
- and post-inspection logs for party room bookings.
- Match inspection records with booking details and submitted cheques.
- Update and maintain the cheque deposit log accurately.
**Site Monitoring**
- Post memos
- Collect documents
- Perform other required on-site tasks
**Document & Work Order Management**
- Organize and archive key documentation including:
- Booking forms
- Inspection logs
- Work orders (WOs)
- Ensure internal systems are regularly updated and maintained.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in condominium operations, property management, or administrative support (condo experience preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and condo management software (e.g., BuildingLink, Condo Control) is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
