We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook / Prep Cook.

Our menu is designed to fuel fans and satisfy cravings from hearty classics to innovative creations prepared in a compact, high-functioning kitchen where focus, efficiency, and independence are essential.

Our kitchen is small, and shifts are often run independently. You’ll be responsible for managing your station from prep to service, maintaining quality and consistency while keeping pace during busy periods. While primarily a kitchen focused role, a portion of each shift will include customer facing service and point of sale sales.

**Duties**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Handle food products safely and responsibly, minimizing waste.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn more about the culinary arts.
