North Saanich, Canada Roy Group Leadership Full time

**Practice Coordinator Role**

**Who We Are**

Roy Group is a leadership development firm based out of Victoria, BC. Our philosophy is unique, and we change the way participants and organizations view leadership. Whether in-person or virtually, clients have indelible experiences with us because of our distinctive content, our legendary delivery, and our laser-sharp attention to the things that matter.

**Why Join Roy Group**

We work to develop leaders, including you. And if you have an appetite to dive into something that will help us up our game - there is room in this role to feed your passion.

Our clients are investing in their next generation of leaders and trust us to help them keep the promises they’re making to the world. We are honoured to be on the journey with them, and we’re sincerely committed to helping humans be better leaders and in turn, helping leaders be better humans.

We are a deliberately small, high performing team of talented individuals. We take our work seriously and are uncompromising when it comes to quality. We also know it’s vital to laugh together and create opportunities where we can focus and learn together.

Our clients come from all walks of life, and so do we. Our culture is a product of how we conduct ourselves and we strive to be kind, inclusive and compassionate in all we do.

We are a proud member of 1% for the Planet.

Roy Group has a space we call “HQ” - a common workspace where we meet, store inventory and gear, and have the occasional time-out in a hammock. Team members mostly work remotely from the comfort of their home offices. We can provide equipment and support to make sure your personal workspace is set up to allow you to be at your best.

**The Role**

Practice Coordinators support the work of Practice Leads with high-quality project management. Practice Leads are responsible to designing and delivering leadership development experiences tailored to client needs. These can range from one-day workshops to multi-year engagements.

Practice Coordinators are detail-oriented project overseers who support the range of client

You bring a willingness to see opportunities and use critical thinking skills to create something new, take on additional tasks, or over-deliver to take Roy Group’s work and our client-service to the next level.

**Client Engagements**
- Coordinating ideal client engagements involves devising timelines, managing complex workflows, by outlining specific project deliverables and tracking each detail during a project’s duration.
- Each engagement requires a specific plan that includes, space (virtual or “real”), materials, and gear, all of which are determined in conjunction with the Practice Lead and client and subsequently are organized by you.
- Practice Coordinators are responsible for project fulfillment with the need to manage the appropriate delegation of some tasks inside and outside the organization.
- Interaction with technical tools and third-party providers help us manifest exceptional learning opportunities. Effective administration of learning tools contributes to project success and client satisfaction.

**Business Development**
- Practice Coordinators attend meetings as required and assist with notetaking, scheduling, follow-up and detail-tracking.
- Supporting the development of proposals and related communications is essential to serving established clients and earning new business.
- Serving as a reliable and accessible proxy for Practice Leads in client-care with great instincts around professionalism to build strong, amicable relationships.

**Supporting the Team**
- Ensure administrative functions related to workflow (invoice logs, expense management, contact records, etc.) are performed impeccably and with the proficiency to improve our systems along the way.
- Assist with the preparation of branded resources for proposals, presentations, programs as needed. (Power Point, Miro, etc.)
