Job/Position Summary:
The Technical writer, working independently or within a team, create technical documentation, including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides, and product specifications that increase the experience for the digital platform. They work with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand. Follow regular Operations procedures and complete all assigned tasks during the shift.

Responsibilities Include:

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Maintain content library including detailed system documentation, flowcharts, video tutorials.
- Writes sequence diagrams for Web services, APIs etc.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture

Education/Work Experience:

- Master or Graduate Degree or Diploma in the Computer Science Discipline.
- 5 + years of experience in technical writing/technical BSA/BA.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of MS Visio and other technical documentation related tools
- High Level Diagrams
- Excellent in creating flow diagrams with detailing out various components involved in the flow.
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details involving multiple systems integrating in the ecosystem.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
