**The Opportunity**

**Howe Sound Brewpub** serves award-winning ales and lagers fresh from the brewery. Our menu is full of house-made favourites & our chefs focus on freshness & unique flavours cooking with our beer, seasonal produce & local seafood.

**What You’ll Do**
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the Head Chef and follow instructions accordingly.
- Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

**What You Have**
- 2-3 years of experience in the same or a similar role.
- Enthusiastic and committed to guest satisfaction.
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
