Currently looking for a Keyholder in the Brantford area to join our growing team. Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

**Job duties include but not limited to (Key Holder)**
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Harvest Cannabis.
- Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual customers to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.
- Opening and closing duties.
- Performing daily audits with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Cash management tasks such as cash drops, counting tills before and after shifts, and ensuring accurate cash management.
- Delivers great customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and connecting with the customer.
- Discovers and responds to customer needs.
- Supervising Budtenders.
- Monitor sales and inventory discrepancies.
- Store maintenance, including cleaning, restocking and in-store appearance
- Utilizing communication to ensure management and co-workers are informed about issues as they arise.
- Ensuring you come to work ready to work, and not under the influence of cannabis, alcohol or non-prescription medications.
- Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to peers on shift to ensure operational success and to improve employee performance.
- Building and maintaining a robust knowledge of cannabinoids, new products, and trends in the cannabis industry and using time management to ensure you have time to do so
- Utilizing up selling and sales tactics to reach the basket and sales goals laid out by management.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Cannsell certification.
- Must obtain a police record check.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Customer service experience is a must.
- Must be comfortable working alone.

Key Holders hours: 16-30 per week

**Job Types**: Part time.

Hourly: Starting at $17.00/hr

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
