We are looking for a **Service Appointment Coordinator** at our **Guelph location (Robinson Buick GMC Ltd.)**.

**Responsibilities include: -**
- Managing incoming service inquiries from customers promptly and professionally
- Identify customer needs and present products, pricing and payment plans to customers that is simple and easy to understand
- Make outbound calls each day booking and scheduling Service Appointments
- Following up with past customers in the database
- Update records and enter customer information into CRM system
- Follow up with customers after their visit
- Strong ability addressing and overcoming customer objections
- Work independently and should be able to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be comfortable making calls and speaking clearly on the phone
- Pleasant and engaging phone manner
- Previous experience with PBS would be an asset
- Strong computer skills would be required
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
- Call center experience would be considered an asset
- Experience in a dealership sales/service department would be considered an asset
- Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized
