## Job Overview
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will be responsible for fitting breast prosthesis, bra, and compression garments for customers

# Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the store's success

# Experience

**Required Skills**:

- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Basic understanding of medical terminologies
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems

## Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of technical sales concepts
- Knowledge of breast prosthesis, compressions, and bra fitting
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- Secondary School (required)

- sales: 5 years (required)
