Prairie Roots Coffee Inc. has been in business since 1988. We own and operate Ambassador Coffee Service & Caliber Coffee Roasters. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Caliber Coffee Roasters is a local coffee roastery in Regina, SK. As well as the roastery, we have a showroom full of specialty coffee gear, a tasting bar, and an espresso bar all at our flagship location in the Warehouse District. We are seeking someone to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate, where you will primarily be on the showroom floor interacting with customers.

As a member of our team, you will learn the features and benefits of our coffee and products to ensure our customers have all the information they need to make a satisfactory purchase. On top of sales, we are all about making everyone’s visit to our space a great experience - including our team members’ From welcoming customers and determining their needs, making recommendations, and processing transactions through our POS system, we strive to offer more than just a quick retail visit.

**Duties & Requirements**
- Duties_
- Assisting customers, both in-person and over the phone/relating to web orders
- Opening & closing
- Assisting with the tasting bar & espresso bar
- Preparing & serving coffee for sampling services at internal and external events in accordance with food safe protocols
- Ensuring the showroom is kept clean and well-stocked with weekly/daily cleaning tasks as per company policies
- We ask that our team members are punctual, honest, energetic and intuitive on the job
- Preferred Skills & Requirements _
- At least one year of Retail and Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude
- Willingness to learn and practice different coffee brewing techniques and processes
- You are adaptive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- You can follow instructions diligently and are capable working with a team and independently.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
