**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain high-quality turf appearance.
- Clean up and collect plant debris, leaves, and litter to keep properties neat and presentable.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete daily maintenance routes.
- Adapt to working in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is an asset but not required.
- Strong oral communication and listening skills to follow instructions and interact with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while maintaining high-quality results.
- A self-motivated, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work efficiently.
- A valid Full G driver’s license with a clear driving abstract is required.
