Softscape Technician

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks such as installing sod, trimming shrubs and hedges, installing gardens and garden walls.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.).
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects.
- Provide support to the Gardening and Maintenance teams as may be required, or directed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong oral communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience with installing garden beds, sod, river wash, and planting, while not required, is an asset.
- Physical endurance to lift, bend, dig, and perform manual labour for extended periods.
- A valid Full G driver’s license with a clean driving abstract is required.
