About The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Store Manager to join our growing brand.

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for creating a beautiful customer experience with a difference. Activating your customer base by running events and forming relationships will be a key part of this role.

About you:

- 3 or more years in the retail/hospitality sector
- Luxury fashion retail experience advantageous
- Commercial awareness of latest luxury fashion trends
- Be a strong communicator with a customer experience focus
- Be confident in styling and suggesting outfit options to all customers
- Strong initiative and an eye for detail
- Energetic and intrinsically motivated
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Bilingual (French&English)

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to drive sales
- Visual Merchandising
- Providing excellent customer service
- Stock management
