**Propak Systems Ltd.** is an established leader in engineering, fabrication, and construction of gas compression and processing facilities for the energy industry. We are currently seeking a **Project Procurement Expeditor **to provide support to the procurement team.

The **Project Procurement Expeditor** oversees purchase orders on specific job(s) and ensures that all material is received in a timely manner to meet the overall project schedule. This position provides assistance to Project Procurement Coordinators for the material management on a project. The **Project Procurement Expeditor** will interact with vendors to monitor material deliveries. He or she will ensure the database is up to date in order to meet the needs of work in progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run weekly receiving reports to review current project orders
- Maintain constant communication with vendors to ensure that all needed materials are received when needed
- Schedule incoming shipments with a variety of carriers
- Track shipments as required
- Facilitates communication between all groups involved in projects
- Process and compile various reports
- Perform other purchasing and expediting duties as required

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- Experience in an office environment is an asset
- Experience in an oil & gas fabrication environment would be considered an asset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Experience in Visual Manufacturing or similar ERP system software is an asset
