Shifts - **SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, 4:30pm until around 12-1 AM.**

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using appropriate methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and storage spaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations within the kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards in food handling.
- Willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing as needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsabilités
- Nettoyer et désinfecter la vaisselle, les ustensiles, les casseroles, les poêles et le matériel de cuisson en utilisant les méthodes appropriées.
- Maintenir la propreté de la cuisine, y compris les sols, les plans de travail et les espaces de rangement.
- Participer aux tâches de préparation des aliments, si nécessaire, pour soutenir le personnel de cuisine.
- S'assurer du respect permanent des bonnes pratiques de manipulation et d'hygiène des aliments.
- Contribuer à la gestion des stocks de produits de nettoyage et informer la direction en cas de rupture de stock.
- Collaborer avec le personnel de cuisine pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations pendant les heures de pointe.
- Respecter les protocoles et réglementations de sécurité en cuisine.

**Qualifications**:

- Une expérience préalable en restauration ou en hôtellerie est préférable, mais pas obligatoire. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique tout en étant attentif aux détails.
- Engagement fort envers les normes de propreté et d'hygiène lors de la manipulation des aliments.
- Volonté d'aider à diverses tâches en cuisine, au-delà de la vaisselle, si nécessaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
