Join us today and be a part of our food sharing journey as we bring Dad's family dumplings to the GTA We're looking for a Front of House Lead and a Back of House Lead. **Duties**: - Prepare and serve food to customers in a memorable manner - Assist with food preparation, including plating, garnishing, and preparing sauces - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food service area - Operate cash registers, Square terminal, and handle customer payments accurately - Ensure proper storage and handling of food items - Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations - Assist with cleaning tasks, such as set up and tear down of pop-up space - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise **Qualifications**: - Strong customer service skills with an attentive, engaging, and positive attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but _not required_ **Benefits**: - Competitive pay rate - Opportunities for career advancement within the company as the company grows - Employee discounts on food and beverages, including free meals **Job Types**: Casual, Freelance Pay: From $20.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - On-site parking **Experience**: - Food service: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Food Handler Certification (preferred) Work Location: In person
