With two locations in 2025 (Bloor Street and Harbourfront), Miracle delivers award-winning cocktails, festive décor, and a joyful guest experience that has become a holiday tradition for thousands of Torontonians and visitors alike.

**Position Overview**

As the **Host** for Miracle Toronto, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. You’ll manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable, balancing deposits, walk-ins, and waitlist pressure while ensuring every seat is maximized each night. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires both precision and warmth—welcoming guests with holiday cheer while keeping the front of house running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **OpenTable Management** Expertly manage all reservations, deposits, and waitlists in OpenTable. Adjust in real time to maximize table usage and turnover.
- **Maximize Table Rotations** Efficiently seat guests, rotate tables, and ensure the highest number of covers possible while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- **Guest Flow Management** Coordinate guest arrivals, walk-ins, and reservations seamlessly. Keep the waitlist moving and communicate clearly with both guests and staff.
- **Problem Solving** Resolve seating challenges quickly, keeping service running smoothly and guests satisfied, even under pressure.
- **Daily Metrics Reporting** Use OpenTable tools to provide accurate end-of-shift reports on reservations, deposits, table turns, and guest counts.
- **Festive Guest Service** Deliver warm, welcoming, and holiday-spirited greetings, ensuring every guest’s Miracle experience starts on a positive note.
- **Holiday Availability** Work evenings, weekends, and all key holiday dates, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

**Qualifications**
- **OpenTable Expertise** - Prior experience managing reservations, deposits, and guest flow in OpenTable is required.
- **High-Volume Experience** - Comfortable handling large guest counts while staying organized and efficient.
- **Problem-Solving Skills** - Able to make fast, effective decisions when challenges arise.
- **Table Turn Efficiency** - Experience maximizing covers while maintaining a quality guest experience.
- **Communication & Presence** - Excellent interpersonal skills; able to remain calm, professional, and festive under pressure.
- **Detail-Oriented** - Strong ability to manage seating charts, guest data, and reporting accurately.
- **Certification** - Smart Serve required.
