Sirius is looking for an administrative person with a creative flare for marketing and social media. If you are talented, detail-oriented person and looking to leverage your marketing skills this position is right for you. You will work directly with the inside sales team assisting with sales order entry and keeping the team efficient. Managing social media, helping with brochures and other marketing material will be a part of the responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order entry for sales specification sheets
- Assist in the preparation of quotations
- Work with sales team to ensure their effectiveness
- Select, design and order marketing material
- Manage social media accounts
- Prepare reports in ACT (customer relationship manager)
- Help with the design and preparation of brochures and other marketing materials
- Assist with internal videos and training material

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
