The e-Merchandising Specialist is responsible for optimizing the Avery Products Canada (Avery) business with major online customers and will report to the National Sales Manager.

**Qualifications, Education & Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience servicing / working with online merchandising, including content and accounts
- 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Vendor / Seller Central
- Experience with spreadsheets and analysis of sales data, presenting products or promotions to clients
- Understanding of digital retail inventory management, sales analysis, and marketing
- Ability to build and maintain lasting trusted relationships with key business partners and customers
- Experience working with a major web analytics and reporting tool
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and resourceful in solving complex and/or ambiguous problems, making decisions and executing toward achievement of goals
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, customer relation, and presentation skills
- Good listening, understanding and incorporating the views of all stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organization skills; managing many diverse projects with different deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Ability to travel (occasionally outside Canada) for meetings or events

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Leveraging the relationship between Avery and our e-Commerce online customer accounts**
- Build and maintain a relationship and rapport with new and existing designated account contacts
- Manage e-Commerce channel system (eg. Amazon Vendor Central)
- Implement negotiated annual Vendor agreements
- Execute promotional activity, price adjustments and activity funding with customer
- Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions and inquiries and resolve with sense of urgency
- Communicate changes to discontinued items, pricing actions, and recalls/product quality issues
- Respond to all online customer questions requiring answers direct to Consumers
- Submit cases and investigate issues with Online Resellers such as Amazon
- Monitor all 3P Vendors selling Avery products on our e-Commerce customer sites and report any suspicious questionable products and/or pricing activities

**2. Collaborating / working with internal resources to leverage existing and creating new assets necessary for online success**
- Maintain and liaise with Digital Integration team and Content Specialist regarding Keyword Database in English and French
- Work cross-functionally to develop A+ copywriting, infographics and other content with the specific purpose of improving page rank and sales results
- Leverage information / sku details from US counterparts where appropriate
- Work with Digital Integration team to collaborate on optimized SEO and SEM Strategies and toolsets to drive and support Avery’s e-Commerce customers
- Participate in the maintenance of PXM System for digital content, customer attribute sets, categorization and e-Commerce syndication requirements

**3. Gaining new business**
- Support the Account Managers for all re-sellers with management of digital support on key customer projects and improve Avery’s online presence to profitably increase revenue across all categories
- Ensure new products are listed with appropriate titles, images and content
- Generate reports to analyze categories and bring forth opportunities for additional business
- Work with Brand Marketing in the introduction of new items as it relates to enhanced content specific
