We are a young and a dynamic Team at Re/max, Mississauga. We cater to clients all over GTA. We consistently achieve TOP Awards and are now looking to grow our Team.
We are looking for a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team in qualifying real estate leads for existing and new clients while providing an exceptional end-to-end experience. In this role you will diligently qualify incoming real estate leads over the phone and convert qualified leads into quality appointments. You will assist agents and their team's to help fill their pipeline of opportunities as well as connect leads with experts that will help educate them about the reality of the market in their considered area/s and help them achieve their goals.
Looking for someone who is upbeat and goal-driven with strong leadership skills.
**Compensation**:
$15.50 - $17 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Meet and exceed conversion targets set by Sales Leadership
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- **MUST HAVE Over 1-year experience in Telemarketing or a Sales role**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- MISSISSAUGA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
