**YOUR MISSION**:
**Project Proposal and Planning**
- **Review and Define**: Review the project proposal and execution plan in alignment with the client’s agreement. Finalize the project scope, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), budget, schedule, and objectives to ensure clarity from the outset.

**Project Reporting and Stakeholder Communication**
- **Status Reports**: Gather, analyze, and summarize relevant project information, providing status reports for management and key stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Satisfaction**: Manage team productivity and effectiveness to ensure that all outputs meet stakeholder requirements and satisfaction.

**Team and Resource Management**
- **Project Team Assignment**: Assign and manage the project team at each phase, determining responsibilities and establishing the organization chart.
- **Man-Hour and Deliverables Coordination**: Collaborate with Discipline Engineering Managers to confirm final project man-hours and deliverables.

**Execution and Schedule Management**
- **Project Execution Plan (PEP)**: Develop or update the Project Execution Plan as necessary. Plan and oversee all execution activities, including engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring efficient project progression.
- **Schedule Control**: Work closely with project controls to establish both the project deliverables schedule and the overall execution schedule.

**Engineering and Design Oversight**
- **Design and Specifications Management**: Direct, along with the Project Engineer, all engineering and design efforts to adhere to the set budget and timeline. Oversee changes to design, specifications, and schedule, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- **Technical Evaluations**: Analyze and review technical evaluations for contractor and supplier bids to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals.

**Compliance and Reputation**
- **Regulatory Adherence**: Maintain the highest standards for the company’s reputation by ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare the proposal in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) package, validating customer requirements to establish the project’s full scope, timelines, effort estimates, and assumptions.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- **Certification**:Canadian Professional Engineer (P.Eng) Title
- **Experience**: Minimum of **15 years of experience**in the oil and gas industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- **Technical Background**: Strong background in mechanical engineering with **10 years of hands-on experience**, ideally in roles involving **project management and execution.**:

- **Skills**: Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead **multidisciplinary teams**, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance across all project phases.

**Proposition et Planification du Projet**:

- **Révision et Définition**: Examiner la proposition de projet et le plan d’exécution en conformité avec l’entente du client. Finaliser la portée du projet, la structure de répartition du travail (WBS), le budget, l’échéancier et les objectifs afin d’assurer une clarté dès le départ.

**Rapports de Projet et Communication avec les Parties Prenantes**:

- **Rapports d’avancement**: Recueillir, analyser et synthétiser les informations pertinentes du projet afin de fournir des rapports d’avancement à la
