**What you will be doing**

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across business unit. Your role is to manage resources, schedules and adhere to the PMO processes and guidelines throughout the full development life cycle. Also, one of your key role will be to manage issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

You will also be for providing support and leadership to the members of the project team, as well as mentor and help grow individuals in their careers while ensuring positive contributions to the project at hand.

**In your day-to-day you will be responsible to**:

- Manage all aspects of the project life cycle: the multiple related projects, the day-to-day project activities, the adequate resources, and chair the project management team meetings, all in the goal to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, deployment activities and on the status and progress of the given project
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues to executives
- Act as an internal quality control check for the project and manage ongoing quality control and its issue resolution
- Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
- Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
- Provide official feedback to the resource’s functional manager throughout the project.
- Proactively look at ways to address challenges as well as develop recommendations/solutions to successfully address project issues after the project closure.
- Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and motivation for project team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

**What you should have**
- Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s Degree is a strong asset
- PMP Certification is a strong asset
- Perfectly bilingual in spoken and written, English and French
- Scrum Master or other Agile trainings/Certifications is an asset
- 5-7years of experience in a relevant position with client facing
- MS Project / Scheduler or related
- Confluence / SharePoint pages editing
- Strong Excel Spreadsheets skills, working with pivot tables is a strong asset
