Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead & Inspire: Inspire and motivate a diverse team by fostering a culture of collaboration, providing mentorship, and ensuring clear, effective communication to drive collective success.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee all claim assessments, guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service during peak seasons.
- Elevate Talent: Recruit, train, and empower adjusters to reach their full potential.
- Change the Game: Address claimant concerns with empathy and expertise, strengthening our reputation for client satisfaction.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer proficiency.
- Experience in agriculture or insurance is a plus - but your drive and vision matter most
