**In-home Tutor means you will be traveling to students home. Check the listing carefully. As well, this is not ESL tutoring. This is school english tutoring for kids whose first language is already english.**

**TutorOne is currently looking for an in-person tutor to teach english grade 10 + organization twice a week 1.5 h/session. Make sure you can commute to this address before applying.**

**Responsibilities**
- 3-10 hours of weekly commitment
- Availability for in-person lessons.
- Maintain a predictable schedule that may include evenings and weekends for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English speaker (required).
- Teaching: minimum 1 year (preferred).
- Education in the related field of tutoring is an asset.
- Access to a car is an asset (for in-home applicants).
- Teaching or tutoring experience with elementary grades.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is a requirement.

**Skills**:

- Open to new ideas and learning strategies.
- Good communication and interpersonal/rapport building skills.
- Patient, caring, dependable & flexible.
- Love of learning and helping others.
- Time-management and punctuality.
- A short interview will be conducted in person to look at teacher's abilities.
- Applicants will be given a list of items on what to expect from the interview.
- Based on the results of the interview, the exact hourly rate will be determined.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $32.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
