We are looking for FUN, VIBRANT, SOCIALLY FOCUSED AND EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT INDIVIDUALS, who love to charm and take care of guests for our busy pub located in the financial district. If you are full of life and want to work with other like-minded people, you are what we need.
How do you know if you are right for us? You won't settle for second best and you push yourself every day. You have high performance standards and you have at least a couple of years experience in a very busy environment.
**Key Tasks**
- Greet customers courteously and professionally, identify their needs and assist them with product selection. Maintain up to date knowledge of all food items and explain any available specials, promotional offers or events in progress.
- Manage customer concerns or complaints courteously and professionally within the limits of his/her authority.
- Report for duty dressed and groomed according to _Duke Pubs_standards and maintain that appearance for the duration of shift.
- Greet customers at the door and seat them or direct them to someone who will.
- Set/bus tables.
- Assist with the training and orientation of new employees.
