At _**Imago**_, excellent managers are key to achieving the company goals of providing an outstanding customer experience featuring top-quality food and drink in a friendly and enjoyable environment. _**Imago **_managers participate in the hiring and training of service staff, and when on duty, schedule and supervise their activities. They ensure that employee performance, dress, grooming and behavior conform to company policies and standards, and conduct periodic reviews of employee performance.
- **Imago **_managers play a key role in providing the exceptional care and service that customers have come to enjoy and expect. Managers lead the execution of promotions, seasonal events, and other specialized activities.

When on duty, _**Imago**_ managers assure the proper custody and control of cash, inventories, and supplies. They encourage health and safety awareness, participate in the performance of workplace inspections and do everything necessary to ensure the health and safety of employees and customers. They also perform a variety of administrative functions necessary for the effective and efficient running of the operation.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
