**Position**: Customer Service Representative (Insurance) - RIBO Licensed

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Providing customer service with the highest standard while building and maintaining great client relationship
- Reviewing policies and making recommendations based on individual client needs while identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell
- Adhering to underwriting guidelines set out by broker partners
- Following up and coordinating with clients to ensure documents are complete

**Qualifications**:

- RIBO licensed
- Prior experience with Compuquote, Powerbroker & company partner’s portals is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance brokerage is a must
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Prior experience with Compuquote, Powerbroker & company partner’s portals
