**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by providing necessary financial information.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide required documentation and support.
- Ensure that all financial practices adhere to company policies and accounting standards.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero, is essential.
- Strong understanding of account analysis, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.80-$18.00 per hour
