**General Purpose**
- To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts for the company. Responsible to carry out billings, collections and reporting activities.

**Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- process Collections of payment via several methods ,follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- generate and send out invoices
- process adjustments (ie.billing adjustments, refunds, discounts)
- perform account reconciliations
- monitor Patient account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- research and resolve payment discrepancies
- maintain accounts receivable Patient files and records
- follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
- investigate and resolve Patient queries on billing discrepancies
- assist with month-end closing
- collect data and prepare monthly metrics
- maintain up-to-date billing process

**Education and Experience**
- IVF /or Healthcare Clinical experience is preferred.
- knowledge of quote to collections process
- knowledge of office administration and procedures
- knowledge of general accounting principals
- proficient in relevant systems software (Accuro, Quickbooks, Excel, Reporting, Zoho)
- Intermediate Excel
- 3+ years collections and general accounting experience
