Devry Smith Frank LLP is seeking a collections clerk to join our Toronto office. This is an ideal opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment.
- Diploma from a recognized Ontario law clerk program certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario
- Minimum 1 year of collection and litigation experience
- Good knowledge of civil litigation procedures (Superior Court and Small Claims Court)
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
