Back to Function Rehab & Wellness Centre located in **Bradford** is looking for enthusiastic Office Coordinator / Front Desk / Secretary

Part time, permanent position
- must be able to work evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday and weekend availability

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register patients d assign rooms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Answer phone calls, provide information about our services or direct them to the appropriate individual
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and amenities to guests
- Handle clients concerns or changes on the schedule with patience and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of client's appointments and transactions
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office computer systems for data entry and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling clients information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk procedures in a medical or dental office is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client's information

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
