**Job Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Early Childhood Educator**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the developmental needs of children.
- Observe and document children’s progress and development, communicating with parents regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all VIHA licensing requirements and health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere among children, staff, and families.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with best practices in early childhood education.

Wage is inclusive of the wage enhancement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour
