The Foodservice Campaign Manager role will be at the forefront of supporting the evolution of our foodservice (food + dispensed) offering with one of the most important, strategic initiatives that Circle K will scale in the United States. Responsible for supporting the development, execution, and evaluation of foodservice marketing campaigns and related activities by providing analytical insights, reporting and actionable intelligence to help guide the decision-making process.
**Campaign development**: Leads the ideation and development process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholder resources, modeling financial impacts, and developing campaign KPI’s.
**Campaign execution**: Drives execution phase by presenting key reporting metrics, offering performance insights, and identifying opportunity gaps to program success.
**Campaign post-mortem**: In partnership with Analytics team, delivers evaluation of campaigns by providing key post-mortem insights, actionable learnings, and general performance reporting, partnering with internal and external partners to gather data.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

- Support the development of the foodservice marketing strategy and long-term vision, while also working in an agile manner to execute quick wins.
- Supports the development of campaigns throughout the lifecycle; provides ad-hoc support relevant to defining campaign objectives (traffic, sales).
- Develops and coordinates standard reporting/analytics deliverables for campaign initiatives; Prepares materials, documents and data related to various marketing campaigns and initiatives. Work hand-in-hand with our foodservice category teams to define success metrics; measure and report on the impact of our work; and develop models or analyses needed to power our work.
- Pro-actively engages internal and external stakeholders to assist in the planning, preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and related activities.
- Collaborates closely with global teams and local/regional support departments including Marketing & Creative teams, Category Management Teams, Loyalty/Digital/Personalization teams, Global Analytics, etc.
- Work with cross-functional partners in Legal, Food Safety, and other functions to ensure that we are developing experiences and campaigns that meet legal, policy, safety, and customer experience standards and requirements.
- Develops internal and external presentations as needed for business reviews; creates storylines and overlays strategic messages into professional presentations.
- Facilitates optimal collaboration and communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and within the various networks of the specific campaign.
- Participates in global team meetings and other forums as needed.
- Ad hoc problem solving and day to day tasks as needed to support the needs of campaign initiatives.
- Flexible with working hours to support global ways of working.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required, MBA preferred;
- Minimum 5 years marketing or business experience, with majority of experience coming from supporting food or beverage programs for retailers;
- Advanced skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & related Microsoft suite products.
