- Conduct Vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits of various vehicles to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close sales effectively while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory levels, vehicle features, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and community outreach programs.
- Ensure all customer interactions adhere to professional standards of phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance and achieving targets.
- Assist in inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities including public speaking and customer service expertise.
- Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured pipeline.
- Experience with dealership operations such as marketing strategies, and automotive product knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to generate sales and leads via Social Media Marketing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
