Century 21 Leading Edge is a fast pace Real Estate office and we are seeking a **Part-Time Real Estate Receptionist** to join our expanding brokerage at our **Markham and Stouffville offices.**

**Requirements are but not limited to**:

- Greeting and welcoming agents and clients within the office on a regular basis
- Broker loading listings and making offers when required
- Confirmation of appointments
- Processing receipts for all deposits
- Experience with real estate software such as MLS, Broker Bay etc. (Training Provided)

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills
- High customer service skills
- Ability to adapt and learn with the work environment
- Team player
- Flexibility with commuting to offices

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
