Searching for Individuals, Couples, Families of every culture and religious back ground, sexual orientation or gender identity to provide care for children & youth between the ages of 5-18 years old in your private home.

REQUIRED CRITERIA:

- Looking for compassionate individuals and/or families located in the Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Niagara Area with a bedroom in their home
- Responsible for the Daily Care, Parenting, Mentoring and support in your home for children and youth primarily between the ages of 5-18 years old.
- Have a flexible schedule to meet the individual needs of the child/youth in your care
- Separate bedroom in your home for a child/youth
- Studies in the field of Social Service Work, Child Youth Work, Development Service Work, Educational Assistant, Police Foundations or equivalent direct work or child rearing experience is an asset
- Must have minimum 5 yrs experience working or raising children and/or youth
- Minimum 2 years experience of Behaviour Managment and Child Development
- Agree to a Vulnerable Persons Police Clearance & Child Welfare Check, including complete SAFE Home Study Evaluation by an assessor
- Agree to attend ongoing monthly training in the areas of grief & loss, attachment, trauma, essential skills
- Work collaboratively as part of a therapeutic team including but not limited to case managers, therapist, support worker and community partners to advocate and care for the child/youth in your home.

**What each family receives**:

- Each family will receive a dedicated Case Manager
- 24/7 support from Clinical Team
- Generous tax-free honorarium to go towards monthly costs of raising and supporting a child/youth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $2,100.00-$4,200.00 per month
