**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **patient and knowledgeable Math Tutor** to support students in **Grades 9-12** with personalized, one-on-one instruction. The ideal tutor will help students build confidence, master concepts, and improve problem-solving skills. Some students may require additional support with organization, focus, or managing overwhelm while learning.

**Responsibilities**:
✔ Provide **one-on-one tutoring** in math for middle and high school students
✔ Adapt teaching methods based on different learning styles and challenges
✔ Help students build confidence and reduce stress around math concepts
✔ Track progress and communicate with parents about student development

**Qualifications**:
✔ Strong understanding of **high school math** (Algebra, Geometry, Advanced Functions, Data Management etc.)
✔ Ability to break down complex topics in a **clear and encouraging** way
✔ Patient, structured, and able to keep students engaged
✔ Experience working with **students with learning differences (e.g., autism, ADHD, or anxiety) is a plus**
✔ Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
