The Associate Insurance/Financial Advisor plays a key role in supporting and developing agency operations through client contact and service/sales activities. This role may have an opportunity to specialize in one or more product areas such as life, business, home, auto and wealth. The Associate Insurance/Financial Advisor will determine/assess needs of a client; and as a trusted associate advisor, make informed product recommendations. They will also be involved in the development and growth of specialty lines. As part of a small team, your contributions will assist in the agency's goals.

Roles and responsibilities:
Support development of the agency through the service, sales and profitable growth of insurance products and financial services

Review clients insurance portfolios

Complete front line risk assessment and selection, following underwriting guidelines

Support programs to build multi-client relationships

Respond to and investigate client questions and concerns, resolve client complaints and escalate issues appropriately. Support the agency team in their daily activities

Qualifications and Skills:
General 'OTL' or other Insurance License(s) is required / willing to obtain within first two months

Experience is preferred but not required

Strong skills in communication (verbal and written), organization, time management, client service, decision making, problem solving

Valid driver’s license may be required

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
