We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract Counsellor to join our team.

**What** **you'll** **bring?**
Core Competencies
- Conduct comprehensive assessments through in-depth interviews to determine mental health and counselling needs of individuals, families, and groups.
- Formulate and implement therapeutic interventions and strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Listen attentively and empathetically to clients' concerns and issues.
- Deliver education and psychoeducation to clients and families on mental health topics to help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve personal objectives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in counselling and mental health support.
