**Milestones is looking for experienced Prep Cooks for our Southpoint location**

We’re looking for energetic, team-oriented people to join our culinary team.

**A Prep Cook’s responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring food quality is at the highest standards and follows Milestone’s established food quality and plating specifications
- Working in a team environment with fellow culinary staff to ensure a great guest experience
- Follows established procedures in food safety
- Takes pride in our food program
- demonstrates that pride by taking ownership of their dedicated station, preparing food only that meets Milestone’s highest standards
- Plays a vital role in the control of food waste, inventory levels and storage of food

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$21.19 per hour
