**Position Objectives**:

- Plan, oversee and encourage the highest level of hospitality while overseeing overall customer journey according to Ferrari standards;
- Develop, organize and implement local marketing activities and events; evaluate results of each marketing activity and conduct post-event analysis reports;
- Acquire perspective customers through marketing initiatives;
- Manage and develop customers and prospective customers through daily activities, events, and marketing activities;
- Promote customer loyalty, and maintain/update the CRM;
- Updating leads/customer interactions in CRM after each event/marketing activity;
- Assist with maintaining and updating Dealer website content, and social media channels (within Ferrari guidelines);
- Organize all test-drive appointments and collect customer feedback;
- Other marketing and operational duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of premium luxury retail or luxury hospitality experience;
- Strong understanding of digital retailing/CRM;
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
- Excellent interpersonal customer relations and communication skills; professional appearance;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Well organized and self-motivated;
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
- Knowledgeable or trainable on company operations.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
