Sweetie Pie is is hiring a OPERATIONS MANAGER, who would be responsible for the overseeing of day to day operations of the various Sweetie Pie Locations. The Operations Manager will work closely with the managers of the 10 locations in Toronto and 1 in Unionville.

This applicant MUST have prior experience managing multiple locations in the food sector. Must have experience in growing sales, managing performance and willingness to jump in and work with the staff to ensure optimal performance.

This is a management position however will require the Operations Manager to master all aspects of different roles that include Location Manager (training, payroll, inventory, orders and scheduling)

Front of House duties, (barista, sales, daily operations, safe food handling)

Baking and Bakers Role (can bake pies, cookies, quality control, inventory)

They will work with Managers in training new staff, developing and meeting sales targets, supporting stores in meeting those targets, strategizng and creating incentives for staff, develop training manuals and support in performance management and addressing performance issues.

The Operations Manager is expected to work in the stores and ensure policies and protocol are being followed and supporting Managers in ensuring that staff are performing optimally.

Must have SAFE FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATION

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Work hours are 40 hours per week and over time can be flexed for days off.

Car Allowance monthly for travel and parking.

**Salary**: $57,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
