**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As a Loan Verification Specialist, you will:

- Obtain and evaluate information and documents for authenticity and accuracy.
- Assess and calculate income utilizing income and tax documents.
- Utilize multiple systems to capture customer interactions with precise notation.
- Achieve monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Strive to resolve the customer's request in one call while creating an exceptional experience for the customer.
- Champion company core values and other company programs
- Other duties as assigned

**ABOUT YOU**
- You enjoy talking to people on the phone, are empathetic, a good listener, and want to help others.
- Have a desire to grow and drive your career forward.
- Day to day you will be required to respond to customers on all inbound/outbound calls along with helping answer any questions or complaints.
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
- 1+ years of related experience (i.e. bank teller, loan processor)
