**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness of applicant data.
- Communicate effectively with applicants to gather additional information or clarify discrepancies.
- Adhere to established verification procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to applicants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Document verification results accurately and timely in the designated systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.

- Hourly wages starting at $16.55/ hour with bonus/commission potential based on performance

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in loan verification or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of loan verification procedures and compliance regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
