Grimebusters Ltd. is a family owned and operated cleaning, restoration and reconstruction company that thrives on helping people with care, honesty and top-quality work. **Position Type**: Full Time **THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE**: - Trustworthy, honest, respectful, accountable and reliable - Calm, positive, and have a solution-oriented attitude in all situations - Committed to personal excellence, driven to succeed with a "can do" attitude - Active - Adept at critical thinking and problem solving - Flexible and adaptable - Curious, collaborative, passionate and detail oriented - A lifelong learner motivated to continue to learn and grow **Description of Duties**: - Junk removal from site bins, commercial and residential units - including bagging and hauling of furniture, mattresses, appliances, and small items. - Tear outs: including carpet and underlay, staple and smooth edge, drywall and insulation, baseboards/trim/jams. - Biohazardous work: including pest management (bed bugs, cockroaches), blood bourne pathogens and bodily fluids, narcotic/paraphernalia cleans, hoarding, etc. - Fill out all work orders, sign out sheets and timesheets on a daily basis. - Driving, reversing and parking of a 14-21' bumper pull trailer to a variety of job sites and to the waste transfer station. - Consistent trailer and truck walk arounds, ensuring maintenance and safety of units. - Operation of trailer unit - checking fluids and batteries. - Carpet cleaning using both truckmounted and portable units - in both residential and commercial units; houses, townhouses, apartments, offices, hallways, etc. - Monday - Friday 8-54:30pm - Occasional overtime and weekend work required **SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**: - Current Class 5 Drivers License - Current 3 years of consistent driving insurance - At least 2 years of Trailer Driving Experience - Clean Drivers Abstract (3 years) - Criminal Record Check (within 2 weeks of start date) - Experience with hand tools - Good Physical Shape - Attention to Detail - Ability to work independently and in a group setting **COMPENSATION**: - Competitive wages - Group benefits plan (extended health and dental - after 90 days) - 9 paid statutory holidays - Work with a close-knit team of professionals that love what they do - Company vehicles for driving to all jobsites during work hours and pay for drive time between jobsites If this sounds like you and you feel ready to take on an awesome new adventure, connect today and let us know why you’d be a great fit for the team.
