We are looking for compassionate **Health Care Aides** from Winnipeg, MB, who can assist in our clients' daily living and personal care services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide health care services in clients' residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or the hospital
- Administer simple prescribed medications
- Assist with client's personal care activities
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises

**Requirements**:

- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized Manitoba educational institution
- Adult Abuse Registry Check
- Child Abuse Registry Check
- Criminal Record Check
- CPR-C and First Aid Certificate
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) training Certificate
- Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) Training Certificate
- Proof of COVID Vaccination

**Physical Requirements**

Involves physical activities such as standing, transferring, and transporting clients and equipment.

**Salary**: $17.00-$17.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- HCA: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Manitoba Health Care Aide (required)
