**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic Broker and/or Producer specifically in the Lacombe area. Someone with their Level II Certification, with Farm and Commercial experience. As we currently do not have a office in Lacombe, this position can be remote. An office space or desk can be coordinated if the applicant prefers. Incentives can be discussed depending on the volume of business generated. This is an ideal situation for someone looking to step out on their own and manage their own book of business.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate New Policy Holders
- Client and file management. You will be responsible for all aspects of the file including: endorsements, inquiry support, billing issues, renewals, etc..
- In addition to managing their own clientele, the applicant may be required to attend tradeshows, attend conferences and support sponsorship events

**Experience**
- 5+ years in the Insurance Industry as a Broker or Producer
- Familiarity with various insurance products and services
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skill
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with client
- Experience with Applied EPIC
- Experience with Wawanesa, Intact, Portage La Prairie, Sandbox and Aviva

**About the Company**

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
