**Full Time Administrative Assistant**

We are currently seeking an experienced **Administrative Assistant** based out of our Head Office location. This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

The position will come with a H.S.A. (Health Spending Account) after a probationary period.
- Respond to client inquiries electronically and by phone.
- Process policy documentation paperwork and communicate with brokers.
- Review and process all weekly cash outs
- Help maintain general office tidiness.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters of direction and other forms as required.
- Staff & Management Scheduling
- Prepare necessary reports and documents for management meetings.
- Complete Bank Deposits and Mailings

- Motivated to learn, can work individually or as part of a team.
- Responsible.
- Self-directed self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience using Microsoft word and excel.
- Ability to learn to use new software as required.

**Experience**:
1 to 2 years related administrative experience. Insurance and/or Registry experience would be an asset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
