Infinity Pilates is looking for a certified and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team in Richmond, BC. We are committed to providing high-quality training in a professional and welcoming environment, helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Additionally, we are also hiring an Assistant Manager (Intern) who will have the opportunity to gain management experience and receive additional bonuses.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Pilates Instructor:

- Conduct private and group Pilates sessions tailored to clients’ individual needs and fitness levels.
- Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop safe, effective training plans.
- Provide guidance on proper posture, movement mechanics, and injury prevention.
- Ensure a safe and professional studio environment.
- Track client progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

As an Assistant Manager (Intern) (Optional Role):

- Assist with daily studio operations and scheduling.
- Support marketing and client engagement activities.
- Help manage client relationships and memberships.
- Work closely with the management team to improve studio operations.
- Receive additional training and bonuses for taking on management responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, etc.).
- At least two years of teaching experience in a studio or fitness setting.
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles and ability to modify exercises for different levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if needed.
